The New Year began at our kennel with new and very exciting projects. At the beginning of January, we were invited for an interview with the online cynology magazine eCanis. Of course, we gladly agreed to the interview, and we would like to thank Ms. Weidner for the very pleasant conversation and for giving us the opportunity to be part of something so wonderful. It was an honor, and we truly enjoyed the experience.

Puppies from our kennel always leave with a piece, perhaps a big piece, of our hearts, but also well equipped for their journey ahead. Not only with material things, but above all with the love, care, and foundations we were able to give them over the full 8 weeks.

We are even happier knowing that we are not standing alone at the beginning of their new life chapter. From the bottom of our hearts, we thank the entire Weber-Mlýn, Acana & Orijen team, who traditionally provide us with puppy bags and always help to make those first steps in new homes a little easier. We truly appreciate your support, kindness, and interest in a healthy and happy start for all of our puppies.

We would also like to express our sincere gratitude to Radka and the entire Rupert.cz team, who have newly joined us and supported our puppies with lovely puppy bags for their journey to their new homes. We value your support, trust, willingness, and interest very much as well.

The puppies turned 6 weeks of age, and it was time for their first bigger photo shoot. Considering that for some of them it was their very first time on the table, a few behaved as if they had been doing it for ages aready, and we had lots of laughs along the way. Their little tails never stopped wagging.

Just before Christmas, the postman delivered some early Christmas presents to us. Both of our young girls underwent X-ray examinations, and we couldn’t be happier with the results that arrived. With this, both girls have fulfilled the final requirement for breeding license, and we are very much looking forward to what each of them will bring to our breeding program.

Our rich—and we dare say very successful—show season has come to an end. As is tradition, we headed once again to Prague for the final shows of the year. Only two of our girls were entered, mother and daughter, Kerry and Daphie, and despite strong competition, they did well.

The long-awaited litter „O“, a litter we had been greatly looking forward to, was born on Friday, November 14th. Olivia is once again a wonderful and very caring mother of four strong boys and three adorable girls. She is looking after all the puppies with her characteristic love. Everyone is doing beautifully, and we now have eight wonderful weeks ahead of us with these adorable little fluffballs.
Once again, we would like to sincerely thank the Bacchus’s owners Bruno Facq and Audrey Strobel to France for allowing us to use him for breeding and for this beautiful litter we now have.

From a very early age, Lulu has shown great passion and enthusiasm for retrieving, searching, and in general for everything the Golden Retriever breed was originally bred and developed for. It brings us enormous joy. And because it is simply in her nature, we decided to try our luck and, despite her young age, entered her in her very first working exam.
Throughout the entire day of the working exam, she worked with great focus and delivered very nice performances. She completed the working exam as the youngest participant and achieved a sensational 2nd place.
Many thanks to the organisers for the excellently run working exam, and congratulations to all the winners!

With great joy, we announce that our trip to France was successful and the ultrasound showed little round shapes. In mid-November, we therefore expect Olivia’s last and, for us, in many ways very special litter „O“. This will be her last and final litter and also the very last opportunity for us to have grandchildren at home from our beloved Norah, whom we miss so much.

The puppies’ father, Bacchus, was born in Spain; he has a beautiful exterior and a very kind, well-balanced temperament. In many respects, he and Olivia are a perfect match. We are very much looking forward to this litter.

Over the past weekends, we entered both working exams and Club shows. We are pleased that our homebred dogs hold their own not only in the field but also in the show ring. This is one of the main goals of our breeding: to produce dogs that are skilled in their working abilities while also being competitive in conformation at prestigious shows.
Ron successfully completed another set of two-day long working exams, Ayra passed her very first water exam and young Lulu shone at the Club shows, where at just 15 months of age she started her Czech Champion title.

We entered four dogs from our kennel to this show, and all of them performed absolutely fantastically. With great joy, we took home three first places and one second place. The judge was very impressed with all of them and did not spare words of praise. Ron became our very first dog to earn the ČMKU Champion title, which is the highest show title in the Czech Republic and the ultimate achievement possible.

It was time to focus again for a while on working exams, so we decided to head to the 17th Retriever Derby organised by club KCHLS. There wasn’t much time for training, and Ron even took on his very first water work. However, this boy never stops surprising us. These were his first two-day long working exams, yet he had energy to spare and worked throughout the entire weekend with tremendous drive and enthusiasm. Overall, he achieved an excellent 9th place out of 24 entered dogs at the Derby.
Another part of the pack successfully represented us at the Regional All Breeds Open Show in Louny, where Grace earned her final award toward the Czech Veteran Champion title!

The Camian’s team trip, this time to the international show in Mlada Boleslav, was even more successful than we could have ever imagined. We are absolutely thrilled with our results. At the age of 3.5 years, Ron became both International Show Champion – C.I.E. and International Beauty Champion – C.I.B., adding more fantastic titles to his collection. The girls accompanying Ron were not left behind either. Daphie started her Czech Junior Champion title and Grace collected another point towards her Czech Veteran Champion title. Moreover, this was already the second weekend in a row that Camian’s left the show ring with the highest title of all – BOB.

After a one-year break and her maternity duties, Kerry returned to the show ring in Germany. She was only one win away from completing her German Champion title, which is by no means easy to achieve, so we decided to give it a try. Kerry not only won her class on both days, but by earning two CACIB titles she also became a candidate for the International Beauty Champion and International Show Champion titles. As the icing on the cake, on Saturday she received the highest award, BOB – Best of Breed, from a Spanish judge.

Kerry was accompanied by Ron, who held his own very well in the Champion Class and placed second on both days.

The puppies are 7 weeks old, which made a perfect timing to capture them in beautiful portraits and stacked photos. Many thanks to Magda Němcová for the lovely photos. The puppies have grown beautifully, and we must highlight the excellent work of the breeder, Misa Eberova, and her family, who have lovingly cared for the puppies and provided them with only the very best during their first weeks of life—and so much more. We are truly delighted with you and look forward to watching the puppies grow.

Our participation had a very special atmosphere for us. Grace, who was born in our kennel 8 years ago in the very first “A” litter, entered the Veteran Class for the first time. Taking part at the shows with veteran dogs is always something special. After almost 8 years, Grace once again showed how much she enjoys shows and even became Best female. Grace always made us proud, never ever let us down and proved again that she a champion through and through. No need to say that she is more than a winner, she is part of our family and will always be the very first homebred female.

Ron and Ayra also did a great job too. Ron completed the title of Czech Grand

We are thrilled to announce safe & sound arrival of 7 gorgeous little ones, 6 sweet females and 1 strong male on June 20th. The whelping went well, Heidi is a perfect mum, being very calm, caring and loving. All the puppies are doing great and growing nicely.

Thank you again, to Eva Fabiansson – Johnsson, for the opportunity to use Elton in our breeding. We truly appreciate it and we can’t wait to see how these little ones will grow in the upcoming weeks.

After a longer break, we headed back to Belgium, a place we always enjoy and are happy to return to. This time, we combined it with a family get-together with Flint, Rony’s father, whose breeder is Myriame and owner Carmen. We were very happy to see them both and are delighted that everyone did so well in the show ring. Most notably, to our great joy, Maddie completed her title of International Veteran Champion.

In Luxembourg, on the other hand, we presented our pack for the first time, and once again we brought home some beautiful results despite strong competition. Many thanks and congratulations to Lucie and Eddie, who joined us and also did very well in the strong competition!

Our „M“ litter by Olaf and Kerry was special in many ways for us and we are very gratefu we could add such a wonderful dog into our breeding. It’s not a secret anymore that little sweet girl with yellow collar stayed with us. We have just decided that she stays as a part of our family at the same time when things with our one & only much beloved Norah got really sad for us. There was truly not the best time to make any offical announcements about new member coming to our family. Daphie reminds us our Norah a lot and she is already our fourth generation. We registered for the last shows of the year to Austrian Wels, where we always like to come back. This time we showed our happy and crazy trio Maddie, Ron and Ayra. All of them showed themselves so nicely with so much energy as always. We have yet two more champions on the way. Maddie started her Austrian Veteran Champion title and collected second point for her International Veteran Champion – C.I.B.-V and Ron started his Austrian Show Champion. Ayra got lovely placements in such a lovely and strong junior class.

Little Queeny (Kaisa Camian’s) who was born in our kennel by Spencer and Olivia did so well at her very first shows. Queeny is currently living with very respected and experienced dog handler Valentina Zupan until she will be ready to leave to her forever home. Queeny did so well winning at all shows she has been entered to four Minor Puppy/Puppy BIS placements. At the shows in Slovenia she was three times reserve Best Minor Puppy in Show and at the show in Croatia she was Best Puppy in Show. So very difficult to find words..

Thank you, Norah, for the exceptional love you gave us and for all the wonderful moments we had with you. You have never been a show champion or a powerful working dog, but you have won heart of everyone you have met. Falling in love with you was so easy thanks to your most friendly, cuddly and caring character with always wagging tail.
Exactly 40 days ago we were having fun at the riverside doing what Norah completely loved, chilled in the water and rolled in the grass. None of us could ever imagine that this was the last afternoon of this kind that we had a chance to spend together. Last few weeks we were fighting so hard to help Norah, doing the best what we have ever could, but very aggressive form of leukaemia took our Norah over the rainbow bridge, way too early.
We are forever grateful to Norah’s breeder Jarle Koldal who let little baby Norah from a very special litter to become our beloved family member 10 years ago and for having so much faith in us. She gave us the best, inside out, and no one will ever be like her. We learnt so much from her. Her legacy will live in many of her offsprings, she has always been extremely loving mum, grandmother and great-grandmother.
Sleep tight our fluffy curly teddy bear, until we meet again.

Our French Queen Maddie has recently celebrated her 8th Birthday, so it was time to begin her show carreer as a veteran. She did so well and she proved to everyone that age is just a number. Maddie’s companions at the shows were youngest Luisa and Ayra this time. Luisa made such a great job having her show debut, everything was just like a little party for her. No need to say she managed to do everything with her always happy wagging tail.

Sometimes there are puppies you can’t just simply let go. Past few years we have really not been successful with breeding our Grace, she stayed empty to different males. Slowly we have started to deal with the fact that we will never have her daughter and that things are just how they are meant to be. For some reason we have decided to do one more try this year, last chance. This time to our Ron, with who Grace showed some kind of sympathy & love. Those, who know Grace from daily life, from the show ring or from the field, know that she is very loving female, very powerful and simply enjoys whatever she is doing with us. Ron is exactly the same and that’s maybe a reason, why these two were meant to be together.
Luisa didn’t have an easy start to this world, having only few hundreds of grams at two weeks of age. She was really brave and made it now to her almost 20kg of love & joy. We are super excited to see what the future holds for us! No need to say that her pedigree is so special to us having behind our much beloved Iggy, Norah and Maddie.

Our results were far beyond our expectations and we had truly no words for this. Ron managed to gain BOB title out of almost 150 entries of golden retrievers under very honorable breed judges. When something like this happens we feel huge gratitude to judges for thinking so nicely about our dogs and breeding. I think these results are kind of a feedback that every single breeder loves to get and we truly appreciate every single word that has been said about our dogs. Ron is our third dog who got BOB title at such a prestigious Club event organised by KCHLS. Besides that Ayra becomes candidate for Czech Junior Champion and together with Ginny they both fulfilled another condition for their breeding licenses.

We had yet another great day at GRC Show in Germany. Both Ron and Ayra moved and showed themselves so beautifully despite the very hot day again. Ron collected his last point for another champion title. We are very proud!

It was a dream for some time to use these very special lines in our breeding and I’m beyond grateful that it has finally become a reality. Our Kerry gave birth to her second, and for some time also last, litter of 5 gorgeous males and 4 sweet females. Father of our litter is the most charming & handsome boy Olaf (MultiJCh, Ch Daily Rays Trust in You), who was imported from Finland. Kerry is being such a perfect mum again and it’s joy to watch her looking after her little ones. Huge thanks to Olaf’s owners for letting us to use Olaf and for all the hospitality, help and support during this mating. Much appreciated!

Currently we have no more litter plans in the near future, so this is our last litter for some time now.

Chazz (Charleston Camian’s) fulfilled at his tender age of only 18 months at Pacific Kennel Club’s show all conditions to become our very first Canadian Champion!

We are very happy and proud to share this wonderful news with you all! Our beloved happy boy Ron becomes a proud dad of 11 chunky puppies, 5 males and 6 females. All are doing well and mum Ebi looks after them so nicely. Many thanks to the owners & breeders for choosing Rony for their very first litter. Looking forward to seeing them in couple of weeks!

On Saturday we have participated at National All Breeds Show in Klatovy. Despite the very hot weather, all our registered dogs were doing so well getting some lovely titles and placements again. Very proud of all of them! On Sunday Ayra has showed her socks off in the field and finished her very first Hunting Ability Test and fulfilled one of the conditions for her future breeding license!

Our results over the weekend in Germany were completely beyond our expectations. Our always happy boy Ron moved like a dream and achieved something incredible at his tender age of almost 2.5 years. No need to say he made us extremely proud and has also made two more important steps towards his German Champion title! His show companion Kerry did well too and she is like Ron only one step away from her German Champion title! This show weekend was something unforgettable.
